  • 1 can Chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups Grilled chicken cubed
  • 1 block Tofu cubed and cooked
  • 2 large Eggs hard-boiled and sliced
  • 1 can Beans rinsed and drained
Grains
  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked
  • 1 cup Farro cooked
  • 1 cup Brown rice cooked
  • 1 cup Couscous cooked
  • 1 cup Bulgur cooked
Cheeses
  • 1 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup Goat cheese crumbled

Dressings
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt-based dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse and dry your greens thoroughly. Tear or chop them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Dice or slice your favorite vegetables into manageable pieces. Mix different colors for a vibrant presentation.
  3. If using cooked ingredients like chicken, quinoa, or grains, allow them to cool before adding them to the salad.
Assembly
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix until evenly distributed.
  2. Drizzle your preferred dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat every ingredient with flavor.
  3. Enjoy your fresh homemade salad right away or refrigerate briefly before serving.
